The set includes Peltonen Delta JR skis and Rottefella Touring Basic ski bindings (NNN).
For the classic technique, choose skis 15-20 cm longer than your height, and for the skating technique 5-10 cm longer. Anyone who wants to ski in both techniques with one pair of skis should choose skis about 15 cm longer than themselves. Small children are better off skiing with skis of their own height (or up to +10cm)
