Delivery cost

In the Visu.ee online store, delivery to a parcel locker is free for orders of €40 or more, and courier delivery is free for orders of €50 or more.
If the order value is lower, the exact delivery cost will be shown after the customer selects a suitable delivery method.

Choosing a delivery method

When placing an order, the customer selects the preferred delivery method. Choose one of the following delivery options from the drop-down menu:

Store pickup

• Choose this option if you would like to collect your order from our store at Riia mnt 169a, Pärnu (Riia Maja), Mon–Fri 10:00–18:00, Sat 10:00–16:00.
• The ordered goods can be collected on the day of the order, usually 1–2 hours after the order is placed. If the order is placed on a day when the store is closed, it can be collected on the next business day. Once the order has been prepared, the customer will receive an email notification confirming that the order is ready.

Venipak courier

• Courier delivery brings the parcel to the address specified by the customer.
• Select “Venipak courier” from the menu.
• Fill in the information required for delivery (name, telephone number, address and postal code).
• The purchased goods will be delivered to the address specified by the customer within 1–3 business days. Courier parcels are usually delivered on the next business day.
• Courier parcels are not delivered on weekends or public holidays.
• The recipient will receive an SMS on the evening before delivery informing them that the parcel is on its way, followed by another SMS the next morning with an approximate two-hour delivery window. The courier will call when approaching the recipient’s address or upon arrival.
• The Visu online store does not have information about the courier’s delivery schedule and therefore cannot provide the customer with an exact estimated delivery time.
• NB! Be sure to select courier delivery when purchasing skis, ski poles, bicycles, longboards or other products longer than 60 cm.

Venipak pickup point

• Select “Venipak pickup point” from the menu.
• Select your preferred pickup point.
• Enter your name and telephone number.
• The purchased goods will be delivered to the selected pickup point within 1–3 business days.
• NB! Venipak delivers goods only on business days.

Venipak parcel locker

• Select “Venipak parcel locker” from the menu.
• Select your preferred parcel locker.
• Enter your name and telephone number.
• The purchased goods will be delivered to the selected parcel locker within 1–3 business days. Parcel lockers are serviced Mon–Fri.

Smartpost parcel locker

• Select “Itella parcel locker” from the drop-down menu.
• Select your preferred parcel locker.
• Enter your name and telephone number.
• The purchased goods will be delivered to the selected parcel locker within 1–3 days (most lockers are serviced 7 days a week, but some lockers are not serviced on Sundays – more information is available on the Smartpost website).

Omniva parcel locker

• Select “Omniva parcel locker” from the drop-down menu.
• Select your preferred parcel locker.
• Enter your name and telephone number.
• The purchased goods will be delivered to the selected parcel locker within 1–3 days. Parcel lockers are serviced Mon–Sat.

DPD parcel locker

• Select “DPD parcel locker” from the drop-down menu.
• Select your preferred parcel locker.
• Enter your name and telephone number.
• The purchased goods will be delivered to the selected parcel locker within 1–2 business days. Parcel lockers are serviced Mon–Fri.
