SIS GO Isotonic Energy Gel is a quickly absorbed isotonic sports gel / energy gel that provides a fast and effective energy boost without having to drink water afterwards and does not cause digestive discomfort. Ideal for use during prolonged training or competition (running, cycling, triathlon) – especially when you need energy quickly.

Consume 1–3 gels per hour to ensure a sufficient amount of carbohydrates (up to ~60g).
