We have opened a new e-shop
The development of the new visu.ee online shop, long planned and delayed for various reasons, has reached the point where we can press ENTER and open the site. The new site is on a completely new platform, built according to completely new principles, and integrated with providers of various payment solutions and delivery options, and it also works online with our own software. This means that:
– The choice of payment options is much wider. In addition to card payment, you can pay through all Estonian banks as well as the larger Latvian, Lithuanian and Finnish banks. There are also various instalment payment options and payment in parts
– Delivery options have expanded. To receive the goods, the customer can choose between all companies offering a parcel locker service, order a courier to their home or use the courier company’s so-called pick-up points (usually a shop in various places in Estonia), and of course also collect the parcel themselves from the Visu Sport shop in Pärnu, Riia mnt 169a
– All goods in the e-shop are actually available in our warehouse and the stock level in the e-shop is always correct.
We have been very customer-friendly and have received very positive reviews from our customers. Our principle is that every incoming order is also reviewed from the customer’s point of view. If our professional team finds that a customer has made a purchase that may not go well either with other products bought together with the specific item or may not suit the customer for some other reason, we always get in touch and clarify the customer’s wishes. Our aim is not just to sell goods, but for every customer to get the product they need. We know how important it is that a professional gets a product that matches their level, an amateur gets one that suits them, and a beginner does not buy goods that are beyond their abilities.
We have always been fast suppliers and we make no compromises here. As a rule, the customer receives their purchase the next day. Only in pre-holiday periods, when courier companies are overloaded and parcel lockers are all occupied, have there been situations where parcel delivery has been delayed to 2-3 days.
You can be sure that if an item does not suit you, there will be no delays or obstacles in returning or exchanging it. As a rule, we have refunded the purchase on the same day the returned goods arrive at our warehouse.
So much for self-praise. But since this is the standard we work by, that is how it is, and no compromises are made when it comes to customer satisfaction.
