V2.0 ULTRA TRAIL trail running socks meet every requirement, providing your feet with maximum support, perfect moisture management, even greater stability and ultimate comfort. 360° ankle support ensures optimal stability and comfort in ultramarathon races.

Trails are usually very varied. The terrain is covered with tree roots, rocks, leaves, branches and other obstacles that you have to get over and around – which is why trail running is not as static as running on asphalt. Your feet have to flex and adapt to constantly changing terrain. That is why it is very important to choose the right running shoe, but the importance of socks should not be underestimated either.

Technical features:

• Light 360° compression around the arch prevents the socks from slipping down and twisting in your trainers. Most importantly, it stimulates venous blood circulation, giving your stride more tone.
• Compressport trail running socks (Trail) have a higher cut and the fabric of the upper part is thicker than on the (V4.0 Run) running socks, thus providing greater protection for the shin and ankle.
• Combination of 3D.DOTS(3D technological dots) and Flat.Dots at the back of the sock – a cushioning effect that protects the Achilles tendon from friction and pressure. The cushioning dots (3D.DOTS) are denser and thicker than on the Compressport Run V4.0 running socks.
• 3D.DOTS (3D technological dots) cushioning effect under the sole of the sock – to massage the sole of the foot, keep you alert, hold the foot in place better and reduce impact.
• Two lateral rows of 3D.DOTS (3D technological dots) cover the peroneal muscles to improve ankle proprioception and stability.
• At the front of the sock there is a double-density reinforced section that protects the toes  from impact and chafing and adds confidence on descents.
• X-TRAP Ancle Support sits firmly around the ankle to ensure maximum support and stability on rocky terrain. Its targeted compression together with the arch support further improves microcirculation.
• Both malleolus bones are covered with large dots, to prevent bruising.
• Maximum heat and moisture management – the socks are made of a breathable and well-ventilating material that ensures sweat and moisture are wicked away quickly so that feet stay fresh and dry.
• Very good thermoregulation – the socks have special-knit panels that help prevent the feet from overheating.
• Anatomically shaped to the foot  – the running socks have a separate sock for the right and left foot.
