Touring skis Alpina CONTROL 60E no wax

The touring skis Alpina CONTROL 60E are an excellent choice for prepared trails as well as for moving in easier terrain. The skis offer stability, easy handling and good glide in moderate snow conditions. The ideal choice for recreational and intermediate skiers. Suitable with touring boots to provide comfort and support during longer outings/tours.

The width of the skis (60/50/55 mm) is narrow enough to fit prepared trails, yet the sufficient width ensures stability even in easier terrain or on untracked snow. The tapered shape makes the skis easier to handle and helps them glide smoothly. Made from durable and lightweight material, which ensures long-lasting reliability and reduces energy consumption on long tours.

• Ultra light wood core – CAP construction with an ultralight wood core
• Multi Grip Embossed base – strategically placed grip points and a fish-scale surface
• Sidecut (width): 60-50-55 mm
• Steel Edge durable 3/4-length metal edges provide better control and stability when moving over difficult, icy and wild terrain

CONTROL 60E is an excellent touring ski that combines simplicity, durability and functionality, offering an enjoyable skiing experience in a variety of conditions. Perfect for those looking for low-maintenance and reliable touring skis.

Ski length is chosen according to the skier’s body weight, height and skills. In hilly terrain or in the forest it is easier to move with shorter skis, while longer skis are preferred in open areas and on trails. For beginners, shorter skis are easier to control. When moving in deep snow, longer and wider skis provide better flotation.
