Ski helmet Alpina KROON MIPS

The lightweight, comfortable and safe Alpina ski helmet KROON MIPS protects you in the event of a collision. The Hi-EPS construction provides the necessary protection, and thanks to the ventilation system, fresh air in the helmet is always ensured. The MIPS protection system integrated inside the helmet protects the brain from permanent damage at the moment of impact. The helmet has a soft removable inner lining for optimal comfort. The helmet has closable ventilation openings so that cold air cannot get in during colder weather. Thanks to the Run System Ergo Snow adjustment system, the helmet can be adjusted individually to the wearer’s head, which ensures a more precise fit.

• 3D Fit – the height of the Run-System adjustment system at the back of the head can be adjusted with 3D-Fit to better adapt to the head, which improves wearing comfort, safety and accuracy of fit.
• Airstream Control – air circulation can be controlled through adjustable air vents.
• Ergomatic – easy-to-fasten and adjustable buckle, twist-proof and with a multi-stage automatic lock.
• Hi-EPS – optimal protection against impacts thanks to Hi-EPS material with small air chambers.
• Inmold – light weight thanks to inmold production, in which the outer layer of the helmet is permanently bonded to the Hi-EPS.
• MIPS (Multi-directional Impact Protection System) – a carefully designed protection system integrated into the inner parts of the ski helmet that protects the brain from permanent damage at the moment of impact. On impact, the MIPS layer slides 5–15 mm in every direction,  which allows the helmet to rotate around the head at a certain angle, reducing the effect of the impact and protecting against brain injury.
• Run System Ergo Snow – Precise size adjustment thanks to a flexible adjustment system with a large non-slip adjustment wheel and two large pads at the back of the head to distribute pressure.
• Y-Clip – adjustable straps around the ears.
