A lightweight and cushioned running shoe for long trail running distances. The Horizon trail running shoe is a stable and cushioned shoe designed specifically for long running sessions on sandy and gravel surfaces and forest trails. Suitable for those doing their first off-road running sessions. A wider last in the toe area ensures comfort even on longer sessions.

• The polyester upper is light and airy, with a fused TPU mudguard in the toe and heel areas.
• The thin tongue is sock-like, holding the shoe securely in place.
• The soft and flexible RB9X rubber sole provides a pleasant running stride and excellent grip on various surfaces in both wet and dry weather.
• A medium last combined with a slightly wider last in the toe area.
• Shock-absorbing EVA midsole.
• The heel-to-toe differential (drop) is 7mm.
• Weight of one shoe: 290g (for size 42)
• Removable Ortholite Hybrid insole.

  • Upper made of bluesign® certified polyester.
  • The bluesign® certified shoe lining is solution-dyed 100% recycled PET polyester, produced while saving water and energy (GRS certified).
  • ​The eco-friendly solution-dyeing technology saves energy, water and chemicals, because the fabric is not immersed in dye; instead, the colourant is added directly during the process of making the polymer thread.
  • The inner heel and toe area is made of 60% recycled nylon, of which 11-12% is made from recycled fishing nets.
  • The EVA midsole contains 20% Bloom foam, which is made from algae.
  • 15% recycled rubber in the outsole.
  • All Icebug production is climate positive.
  • 9kg of CO2 energy is used to produce one pair.
  • The shoes are made from 28% recycled materials and 12% bio-based materials.
