Bow Falco LEGEND 26lbs/11.8kg + Dacron string

Falco Legend is Falco’s most produced longbow model, which, living up to its name, has truly become legendary in its own lifetime. After all, the Legend prototypes were the first Estonian longbows to be put into production, when in 1997 Falco made around ten bows for the Emajõe Summer Theatre in Tartu for its Robin Hood production. This is in fact what sparked Estonians’ more serious interest in traditional archery, which by now has become well known in the archery world and, in a sense, even a phenomenon.

Technically, the Legend has a reflex profile, meaning the limb tips are bent slightly forward when the bow is unstrung. The handle section is straight; the grip itself is ergonomically shaped by hand and, as is typical of Falco bows, has a recessed finger groove, which gives the archer better control over the bow grip.
