Laminated TPU mudguards provide protection when running on demanding terrain, and the waterproof GORE-TEX\u00ae Invisible Fit membrane keeps your feet dry. The Invisible Fit construction provides significantly greater comfort compared to a traditional bootie membrane construction.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"783\" data-end=\"1186\">J\u00e4rv&#8217;s cleverly designed last has a narrower heel for stability and a roomy toe box that increases comfort over longer distances. The midsole offers an excellent combination of cushioning and stability, allowing you to comfortably handle difficult terrain. BUGrip is Icebug&#8217;s technology for ensuring the best grip in the harshest and most slippery conditions. The BUGrip sole is developed for winter trails and is made of a special rubber compound into which (depending on the model) 14-19 carbide studs are integrated. It is precisely the combination of the individual design of the studs and the rubber compound of the sole that results in studs that move slightly in their sockets (rather than being rigidly fixed). A dynamic stud retracts more easily into its socket against a very hard surface (for example asphalt), so as not to get in the way where the stud is not primarily needed. At the same time, it provides support on the next step on a surface with less resistance, i.e. a softer surface (ice, snow).
