Start COMBI combi brush<\/strong>, with brass bristles on one side and strong nylon bristles on the other. This two-in-one brush allows the recreational skier to manage economically with one brush. Use the brass brush to clean the ski base and open up the structure before melting in paraffins (from the tip of the ski towards the tail). Use the nylon brush to clean and polish ski bases that have been treated with paraffins and scraped.<\/p>\n

  1. Initial cleaning and removal of wax residue<\/strong>: Brass bristles are stiffer and help to effectively remove wax residue left on the ski surface after scraping. This process cleans the ski base more deeply to remove dirt and residue that can interfere with glide.<\/li>\n
  2. Final finishing with nylon bristles<\/strong>: Nylon bristles smooth and level the surface after the brass treatment, giving the ski base a more even and cleaner finish before the final polishing with a soft nylon or felt polishing brush.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Instructions for use:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    After removing the excess wax with a scraper, push the metal brush from tip to tail until the ski base structure is clearly visible. Next, brush the ski base clean with a nylon brush.<\/p>\n

    If you have the opportunity\/wish to use different brushes, the principle is to start with the coarser brush. First a brass brush is used, followed by a copper brush, then a steel brush, then a hard nylon brush, then a softer nylon brush, and if powder is used for waxing, finally a short-haired soft nylon brush.<\/p>\n
