Sponser Magnesium 375 is an effective food supplement containing\u00a0375 mg of magnesium per ampoule in the form of magnesium citrate, which is well absorbed. The added vitamins C and B6 promote the absorption of magnesium and help reduce fatigue, and also contribute to the functioning of the immune and nervous systems. Vitamin C protects cells from oxidative stress.<\/p>\n

Sponser Magnesium 375 supports energy metabolism and muscle function and is suitable for athletes in all sports.<\/p>\n

Directions for use:\u00a0<\/strong><\/b>Take 1 ampoule a day, preferably before going to bed. Before a known long and hard race, you can start a preventive course of magnesium 3-4 days in advance, taking 1 ampoule every evening. On race day, take 1 ampoule before the race or at the first signs of cramps, or immediately after the race for recovery.<\/p>\n
