Smooth with a synthetic cork. Repeat the grip wax application procedure 2-3 times, smoothing each layer. Grip waxes for different temperatures can be applied in layers. As a rule, a harder grip wax (intended for colder weather) is applied underneath to increase wear resistance and improve the bonding of the different layers.
