All products visible in the online store are physically in stock.

How long does it take to receive the goods after placing an order?

Delivery generally takes 1–3 days. In exceptional cases (for example, during periods of high workload when packing orders), delivery may take one additional day.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

If the goods have not yet been handed over to the shipping company, the order can be changed. Please contact us immediately using the form on the contact page.

Can I also order goods for delivery abroad?

Yes. Parcel locker locations in Latvia, Lithuania and Finland can be selected on the shipping options page. Based on the telephone number provided, the online store identifies your location and displays all available shipping options. If you would like to order goods to a country that is not included in the automatic selection list, please contact us in advance using the form on the contact page so that we can confirm the possible shipping costs.

Is it possible to order products that are not available in the online store?

Generally not, but if you are interested in a specific product, we recommend contacting us via the contact page. We can at least provide information about whether the product can be ordered and under what conditions.

Is it possible to get a better price when buying two or more of the same product?

Usually not when purchasing only two or three items, but it depends on the product. If you would like to purchase a specific high-value product, please contact us. Please also contact us if you would like to purchase 3 or more items. We consider each case individually.

Why has my order not arrived?

If the goods have not reached you within one week after the purchase was confirmed, please contact us. The most common reason is an incorrect telephone number entered by the customer when placing the order.
